Environment:
Operating system: Mac OS X 10.15
Firefox version: Firefox 127.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://globe2go.pressreader.com/the-globe-and-mail-ontario-edition
  2. Click on the image article to zoom in and out multiple times
  3. Observe

Expected Behavior:
Zoom is smooth

Actual Behavior:
Zoom is Janky

Notes:

  • Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
  • Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, Firefox Release
  • Does not reproduce in Chrome
  • Reproduces with pinch-to-zoom
