• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://customercare.webmd.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003459491-What-is-WebMD-Lab-Testing
  2. Check the avatar of the article author.

Expected Behavior:
The avatar is displayed.

Actual Behavior:
"Avatar" placeholder instead.

Notes:

  1. Screen rec attached
  2. Not reproducible with Standard ETP
  3. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
  4. Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing
