Steps to reproduce:

Got my report marked as duplicate of a report with an attached video containing flashing lights/flickering.

Actual results:

Got jump-scared by it's intense flickering/flashing lights, then imagined how awful would have been if I had photosensitivity, like reporters or developers could have.

Expected results:

Reporters and developers themselves being able to tag such attachment with "SEIZURE WARNING", to prevent seizures/headaches.

Flickering is not necessarily related to reported issues themselves, therefore not always deducible by the report's title/description.

If we do this, I think a generic content-warning system like the way Mastodon does it would be the way to go (there's a flag for whether there's a content warning or not, and then the end-user who posted it gets to supply the text of the warning)
