Using the new spacing and sizing tokens in the FirefoxTheme API, update the UI of the wallpapers selection screen to:

• Have a consistent padding around/between the wallpaper options.
• Have a minimum and maximum value for the size of the wallpaper thumbnails.
• Update the wrapping behavior as needed (i.e. replace the Composable with a FlowRow, if needed).

Consult with UX what the final spacing/sizing values should be before landing.
