Steps to reproduce

1. Reach about:preferences#experimental page.
2. Enable the AI Chat integration.
3. Select the ChatGPT AI provider.
4. Type anything in the Chat field and hit ENTER on the keyboard.

Expected result

• The Text should be submitted.

Actual result

• An extra row is created and the user has to manualy Click send.
  If we reach Chat GPT in a new tab the user can submit the text with the Enter key without any issues.
