We're getting new macOS 14.0 instances, and we've taken the shortcut to say this test fails on all macOS machines, since it was failing (because too old) on 10.15 and 11.2 (the API has been introduced in 11.3).
I don't think we say "11.3 and up", so let's get those marked as passed on 12 and up.
