Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/biden-debate-trump-reaction-candidate-b2570832.html
  2. Wait for the video to load.

Expected Behavior:
The video loads and it can be played.

Actual Behavior:
The video is not playable.

Notes:

  • Not reproducible with ETP STANDARD/turned OFF (both Normal and Private Browsing)
  • Reproducible on the latest Nightly
