  2. Wait for the page to load and observe the cookie policy

Expected Behavior:
The cookie policy is triggered

Actual Behavior:
The cookie policy is missing

Notes:

  • Not reproducible with ETP STANDARD/turned OFF (both Normal and Private Browsing)
  • Reproducible on the latest Nightly and Release
