190629 - Bookmarks Sidebar Blank, Menu Unaffected

After installed 1-20-03 build, bookmarks sidebar is blank.  Close and reopen
sidebar (ctrl-b) doesn't help.  Phoenix is very unstable, using 99% of CPU time.

Bookmarks menu displays all bookmarks without problem.  History sidebar appears
OK.  


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Install 1-20-03 build.
2.  Run phoenix
3.  Ctrl-B if necessary

Actual Results:  
Bookmarks sidebar is blank

Expected Results:  
Expected bookmarks in sidebar.

Deleted all profiles & program files, clean install, doesn't help.  After
reinstall last known working version (1/12/03), sidebar works properly w/normal
CPU usage.  Reinstalled 1-20-03 build: same problems.

Please don't rename the builds when describing a problem... 20030120 is a
compact way of writing 2003-01-20, or the 20th of January, 2003.

This bug has already been fixed as I'm not seeing it anymore in the 20030125
Linux build (yes, I know there are not any more recent Windows builds available
at this moment).
