The selection is correct if I scroll down the page (even if I lose part of the selection), but if I go to the right I lose it.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:127.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/127.0

Steps to reproduce:

I go to page "https://github.com/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin/issues/17413".
I look for the text "marked this as a duplicate" and start selecting these lines starting a little before the "marked this as a duplicate" line and move down vertically with the cursor, then execute the copy command from the context menu of the selected text.

Actual results:

Not all text is highlighted as selected. The part after "on Feb 21, 2022" remains not highlighted.
When I copy the text, however, the string "on Feb 21, 2022" is also copied.

Expected results:

That all selected text is highlighted.

I assume there are three different errors on the same text, I don't know if they are connected by the same problem: the text "on Feb 21, 2022".

If I select the text and move down vertically with the cursor, all the lines are highlighted (even if part of the selection is lost after "on Feb 21, 2022" => error n°1), once I copy-paste I still have all the correct text (even that of the lost selection).

If instead I select the text and scroll to the right, the selection at a certain point (when it reaches the text "on Feb 21, 2022") is reset and starts again (=> error n° 2) but the selection is no longer able to exit from "on Feb 21, 2022".

Furthermore, this last selection causes the text selection outside of "on Feb 21, 2022" to remain active (=> 3rd error).

The attached animated gif "video12.gif" shows this issue (and two others probably related to this) of a source made by me extrapolated from the page "https://github.com/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin/issues/17413".
The video was recorded with the Italian version of Firefox, the "Copia" item that I use in the video's contextual menu corresponds to "Copy" in English.

I'm using Firefox 127.0.2 (64 bit) on Windows 10 Pro 22H2 (19045.4529).
