"Send to device" blue confirmation popup blocks tap

Details

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open any website
  2. tap on hamburger menu (3 dots) and then share button
  3. tap on any device in "send to device" section

Actual results:

A blue popup/toast shows up at the bottom and block clicking on the whole bottom section (addressbar/buttons/tabs icon).

The toast is similar to other toast (like "open in background tab) but those other doesn't block interaction with the bottom section...

Expected results:

The blue toast shouln't block interaction with the bottom section - it shows above the section and the section is completely visible but it's not possible to do anything.

Reproducible. When Toast is visible, address bar and it's buttons are not interactive.
