Attachment: Simple html file that allows testing the problem easily. Adjust the width of the browser window to see the problem.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:127.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/127.0

Steps to reproduce:

Open a file that has the word "C++". I am attaching a simple html file that makes it easy to test the problem by adjusting the width of the browser window.

Actual results:

Firefox breaks C++ between the two pluses when it is at the end of a line.

Expected results:

It should not break the line between the two pluses. Google Chrome does not break the line.

This is a line breaking issue in the internationalization component. It looks the same as bug 1876874.
