Not a regression.

This is an access-S2 issue that makes this part of the UI, especially crucial for an entire feature of the chatbot, inaccessible for users of assistive technologies to use. Learn more about ways to make image buttons accessible in the W3C WAI Tutorials

This appear to be an accessibility issue on the side of the chatbot service. Firefox team is going to pass this information to the provider, but until it is resolved, I'm marking this bug as stalled.
