1906693 - Update the navbar CFR copy

Chris Peterson reported an issue with the CFR informing users about the navbar allowing to be tucked away being shown on the homescreen of the app where the toolbar is not dynamic so the navbar cannot really be tucked away.

To improve on this UX asked to update the copy of the message shown to now say

On a website, this bar tucks away as you scroll down for extra browsing space.
