Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.0.1) Gecko/20021220 Chimera/0.6+

CTRL-T and some other commands do not respond when the focus is on a busy tab
(loading a long page for example).
The same command with the focus on a "completed" tab works, if another tab is
busy in the background.

This problem does not occur on Mozilla 1 Mac Os X.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. load a long web page
2. while it's loading, hit CTRL-T
3.

Actual Results:
nothing

Expected Results:
opened a new tab

This has been present in Mozilla /Win for some time (at least as far back as 1.1)
