RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 11036

I would like to suggest a new message filter feature. Over 90% of the non-junk
filters I create could be created using whatever comes after the '@' in the
sender's address. For example, to create a filter that puts all messages from
anyone from '@mozilla.org', an 'instant message filter' could be created as follows:

For incoming message that match any of the following:
  [Sender] [Contains] [mozilla.org]
  [x]Move to folder [Inbox:Mozilla]

Instead of having to right-click the sender's email address in the message, you
should be able to do it by right-clicking one or more messages in the inbox (or
other folder). You should be prompted when folders exist. Or the feature could
be implemented in the background: In preferences, just check a box that says: [
]Create filters from incoming messages.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. N/A - feature enhancement.
2.
3.
Let's see if I understand this correctly... Reporter: you want an option that
when a new email arrives, a new subfolder is created (if it doesn't exist yet)
and from then on all email coming from that same domain to be automatically
filtered to that folder? With at most one action from the user to make this
happen when the main preference for this is activated?
Looks a lot like filter by example.
