Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox with a new profile.
2. Go to https://www.chartjs.org/docs/latest/samples/tooltip/interactions.html
3. Hover over one of the data points to reveal the little "tooltip".
4. Open screenshots using Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+S and select a region to capture the tooltip.

Expected result

• The little "tooltip" should pe captured in the screenshot.

Actual result

• The little "tooltip" is not captured in the screenshot the first time the Screenshot overlay is enabled in that session. The second attempt to capture the tooltip is successful. Please see the screen recording for more details.
