Release Note Request (optional, but appreciated)
[Why is this notable]:
We're enabling a new anti-tracking feature in Firefox for users in ETP "strict" mode: Bounce Tracking Protection. It's similar to the existing Cookie Purging mechanism in Firefox, but instead of tracker lists it uses heuristics for classification of bounce trackers.
[Affects Firefox for Android]: No. We may include it in Fenix as part of the "strict" preset in the future.
[Suggested wording]:
We're enabling a new anti-tracking feature in ETP "strict" mode: Bounce Tracking Protection. This protection detects bounce trackers based on redirect behavior and periodically purges their cookies & site data to prevent tracking.

Thanks, added to the Fx133 beta release notes, please allow 30 minutes for the site to update.
Keeping the relnote-firefox flag as ? to keep it on the radar for inclusion in the final Fx133 release notes.
