Environment:
Operating system: Mac OS X 10.15
Firefox version: Firefox 129.0

Preconditions:
ETP set to STRICT

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://vimeo.com/terms
  2. Observe
  • Disable all add-ons.
  • Start clean Firefox instance with every setting set to default, except for Strict Enhanced Tracking Protection.
  • Load submitted URL and try to view ToS.

Fixed by disabling Enhanced Tracking Protection, also occurs in latest stable Firefox 128.0.

Expected Behavior:
Content loads

Actual Behavior:
Page not loading correctly

Notes:

  • Reproduces in ETP Strict Mode only
  • Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, and Firefox Release
  • Does not reproduce in Chrome
