1907821 - Microsurvey prompt doesn't dissapear after survey completed

Steps to reproduce

1. Activate the micvrosurvey feature from secret settings.
2. Launch a microsurvey after using the print feature
3. Complete a microsurvey
4. Drag down the bottom sheet to close it
5. Observe initial survey request prompt.

Expected behavior

The microsurvey request prompt should not be displayed anymore.

Actual behavior

The microsurvey request prompt is still displayed.

This is also reproducible with accessing the "Privacy notice" link, where the prompt is displayed again, despite the survey being completed.

Devices used to reproduce the issue: Google Pixel 7 (Android 15 Beta 3) and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 (Android 14).

Since this is reproducing, I will reopen the ticket.

Verified as fixed on the latest Nightly build (130.0a1 from 2024-07-24).
The survey prompt is no longer displayed after it is completed and the confirmation page is dismissed either by swiping it down or by accessing the "Privacy notice" link.
Device tested: Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 (Android 14).
Marking the ticket as verified.
