I've put a few .ics files on my http server and set it to send the correct header:
Content-Type: text/calendar; charset=utf-8
but it seems that even though I explicitly tell its utf-8, the calender still
displays them as iso-8859-1
Reproducible: Always

no. That seems to be specific to Windows and they only seem to have problems
with the end of a text whereas I have problems with the intire text. Plus they
see ? because of chars that can not be rendered whereas I see the iso-8859-1
interpretation of the utf-8 encoding.
