19080 - Bookmarks do not open in new Window

Using today's latest Commercial build on Linux, located at:

ftp://sweetlou/products/client/seamonkey/unix/linux/2.2/x86/1999-11-17-09-M12/ne
tscape-i686-pc-linux-gnu.tar.gz

Please try the following:

Install and launch the browser
Visit any url, say, www.netscape.com
Select the Menu option Bookmarks| Add Current Page
Now, click on the Menu option Bookmarks| Manage bookmarks
Once the Bookmarks window opens up, select the bookmark you have just added and
double click on it.
Observe that nothing happens.

A Similar problem is observed in the History Window.To recreate it :

Click the Tasks| Tools| History option.
Observe that the History window opens up.
Select and double click any url from the list.
Observe that nothing happens.
