Steps to reproduce

1. Set Fenix in a RTL language (i.e. Arabic).
2. Go to the homescreen, and observe the unified search dropdown arrow.
3. Tap on it and observe.
4. Trigger the keyboard and observe.

Expected behavior

The unified search dropdown arrow is visible all the time.

Actual behavior

The unified search dropdown arrow is visible only when the keyboard is triggerred or when the search engine list is displayed - please see the attached short video.

Device information

• Firefox version: all (Nightly 130.0a1, Beta 129.0b4, RC 128.0)
• Android devices: HTC 10 (Android 8), Sony Xperia Z2 (Android 6.0.1), LG Nexus 5 (Android 6)
