Steps to reproduce

  1. Open menu
  2. Go to save sub-menu.

Expected behavior

  • currently in nightly, for the default state of ‘add to shortcuts’ feature, it needs to show the correct icon for enabled state.

Actual behavior

  • we are showing the icon that would be seen when the feature is made active.
