Steps to reproduce:

Open settings menu by clicking 3 dots. Then long press on the menu that opens up.

Actual results:

The menu abruptly changes position.

Expected results:

Menu should not abruptly change position when interacted with.

Note: Menu redesign does not suffer from this issue.

Thank you for the report!
In the recording I see though that you are swiping up and for this gesture the menu will expand as per design.
Tested now myself and I see that a long press / a horizontal swipe / a down swipe do not expand the menu.
