Details
Though Kotlin and Swift do not support metrics of type labeled_*_distribution (yet), we did need to add APIs for those languages in bug 1657947. This bug is about writing smoke tests (e.g. in LabeledMetricTypeTest.kt) to ensure those APIs actually work and continue to work.
