Currently, the Show / Hide description state in CFR Tools is reset to "Hide description" every time the CFR Tools menu is opened. Create a state in CfrToolsStore or DebugDrawerStore so that the state of Show / Hide description is saved even if the user exists the CFR Tools menu

After some discussion with Noah, we think that the toggle for showing / hiding descriptions is not necessary. Since the feature will no longer be implemented, this enhancement is no longer relevant so I will close it as INVALID.
