As this will help us understand how many users have turned on this feature.
Is this something that needs to be highlighted in the toolbar onboarding?
Would that help change the experience of the user?

Hiding the toolbar when scrolling is the default. This telemetry would be used to test how many users have toolbar hiding disabled. If many people do, we could surface the option in onboarding.
Chrome's address bar hiding seems to vary on different Android OS versions. It hides on Android 8.1 and 12, but not Android 14.
