This was the feature flag behind which the settings page's 'search' functionality was written.
It's been there for years now, and it is high time to clean this up.

Hi Gijs, it looks like this is something we would need in our beta and final release notes :)
For the beta release notes:
Firefox Labs, a new page in Settings, offers an easy way to try out experimental features.
If possible, can "page in Settings" be a link to the about: page?

Release Note Request (optional, but appreciated)
[Why is this notable]:
[Affects Firefox for Android]:
[Suggested wording]: Firefox Labs, a new page in Settings, offers an easy way to try out experimental features.
[Links (documentation, blog post, etc)]:

Note added to beta with this wording:
Firefox now offers an easy way to try experimental features with a new Firefox Lab page in Settings.
Leaving the release-note flag request open to keep this on the radar for inclusion in the final release notes.
