Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate on https://www3.nhk.or.jp/news/
2. Observe the page

Expected Behavior:
The website should be loaded instantly

Actual Behavior:
The website is loaded after 1-2 seconds of blank page

Notes:

• Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
• Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, Firefox Release
• Does not reproduce in Chrome

This just seems like a site loading a bit slower in Firefox. Moving this to the Perf team as this is, if anything, a minor performance issue.

Are you certain the issue was occurring when you took the profile? The profile does not seem to show a 1-2 second blank page.

HI,
As you can see in screenrec when we load the page for the first time in a clean profile it takes 1-2 seconds to start loading the page. In Chrome the page is loading instantly. There's a little difference between browsers regarding page loading. But it's up to you. If you consider it's nothing important you can close it.

Could you create a profile as per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1908857#c4 of the very first load on a clean profile that shows the issue happening. The main problem is the performance profile from comment 5 seems to be taken during a subsequent load that didn't have the problem.
