Attached the video. On sidebar one scroll action (scroll the wheel as much as you can at once) scrolls as much as 8-tab, but on webpage it scrolls much more than that (it scrolls as much as the whole screen).

Somehow one tick of mouse scroll (scroll the wheel just a little until it makes one ticking sound) wheel scrolls much faster on the sidebar though, as much as 6 tabs while only 3 lines on a webpage. Seems the tabs have different scrolling algorithm?

Hi - did the fix for bug 1907592 resolve this? If so we can probably dupe this to that one.

This bug is filed after that patch has landed and I'm using nightly, so no 🥲

Attached another video of the (presumably same) behavior.
I have a Logitech MX Master mouse, which has a "fast" scroll mode. I used this mode and tried to scroll from top to bottom. It does seem to have an effect whether I'm moving the mouse while it's scrolling. Also as reference the same scrolling motion on the actual page.

Here's my reference -- this is today's Nightly on MacOS. Same mouse, same scrolling motion.
In real life, the experience on Windows feels worse than what the video shows.

Given recent comments in bug 1924193, is this resolved on recent nightly?

I can confirm this is fixed for me, the scrolling speed on sidebar is just as fast as in the webpage 🎉
