Expected outcome:
- In state when URL bar is focused, and dropdown is open, the Dedicated search button aligns with the left edge of list items in a hover state
Actual outcome:
- In state when URL bar is focused, and dropdown is open, the Dedicated search button is a few pixels to the right of the left edge of list items in a hover state

Reproduced the issue with Firefox 130.0a1 (2024-07-19) on Windows 10.
The issue is verified fixed with Firefox 132.0a1 (2024-09-23) and Firefox 131.0b9 (2024-09-20) on macOS 14, Windows 10 and Ubuntu 22.
