User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 I've been using the browser for about a month. One day, clicking Edit-Find On This Page just simply freezes the browser and it does not repaint the window and stops operating. The first time I can recall having this problem was when doing a Find in the View Source window. I used the View Page Source numerous times before and did Finds without incident. Now all Finds (Find on this page|Find Again|Find Previous) crash the browser 100 percent of the time. I do not get an opportunity to type what I search for (there is no dialog box, it crashes immediately ... the dialog box never appears). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. I click Edit - Find On This Page and it immediately crashes everytime 2. I do not know what happened to cause this to occur, it didn't always happen. 3. Actual Results: Browser immediately stops working. All browser windows/tab cease operating immediately. Expected Results: The find dialog box should have appeared. I receive no error message.

Look in your profile directory and find a file named XUL.mfl. Rename that file to XUL.mfl.BAK and restart the browser. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 169777 ***
