Steps to reproduce
- Start loading a web page
- Lose connection to the internet via some means (walk out of range of access point, etc)
Expected behavior
Chrome displays an indication on the top of the page if the page load is stalled due to a loss of internet connection.
Actual behavior
Fenix does not indicate to the user that the reason the page has stopped loading is due to loss of internet connection.
Any additional information?
A recurring Google Play Store review comment, under Felt Slowness, is issues with pages not loading.
i.e.
Description: Users are reporting slow page loading, pages not loading, slow browsing speed, slow app responsiveness, and slow media.
Notifying the user that they have lost internet (i.e. Fenix is not the problem), might be helpful here.

In the same scenario, Fenix does not notify the user of loss of connection.

Another way that Chrome improves the user experience is by also notifying the user when they are back online.
In the attached video we can see, at the top, the transition from "No internet connection" to "Back online".
