i am going to post all of the necessary image to Modern that will be required to:

1) make toolbars generic (for rearrangement and scalability)
2) make buttons alpha transparent USING PNG (for compatability with small and
large toolbar options, and for appearance when dragging around buttons)
3) tabbed browser visual improvement of tabs.
4) update the look of the modern - (includes new css color definitions and
sidebar update.
5) new formatting buttons and bar that will match with all of the above
