Environment:
Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11) / Windows 10
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 130.0a1-20240724215903 / Firefox Release 128.0.1-20240715142704

Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://support.zoom.com/hc
  2. Wait for the page to load.
  3. Dismiss the cookie banner.
  4. Observe the page.

Expected Behavior:
The search bar is displayed.

Actual Behavior:
The search bar is missing.

Notes:

  1. Screenshot attached
  2. Reproducible regardless of the ETP status
  3. Not reproducible on Firefox Release
  4. Not reproducible on Chrome
  5. Reproducible on Windows 10 as well
  6. Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

I looked into this a bit and noticed that on new install of fx130a1 android, this does not reproduce. Will look into this more, not sure why the switch to remote settings causes this

I'm able to reproduce this on 131 nightly.
