Details
snapcraft.yaml[1] has as source-code directive. Being open source software, Firefox should use it, so the user can quickly find the source code with 'snap info firefox'.

https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/taskcluster/docker/firefox-snap/firefox.snapcraft.yaml.in if you build Firefox yourself
https://github.com/canonical/firefox-snap/blob/stable/snapcraft.yaml if you get Firefox as a snap from Canonical.

Thanks, I'm suggesting https://github.com/canonical/firefox-snap/pull/73.

Although this is not really an issue in Firefox itself, I'm marking this as FIXED because the request is somewhat related to a packaged version of Firefox and resolved downstream at https://github.com/canonical/firefox-snap/pull/73
