2. Wait for the page to load and observe

Expected Behavior:
Page loads

Actual Behavior:
500 Error

Notes:

• Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
• Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, and Firefox Release
• Does not reproduce in Chrome

Reproduces in ETP strict and in private browsing. This is tp-breakage.

I can confirm that it happens in EPT STRICT mode as well now, both mobile and Desktop

Breakage is observable on Android but not not reproducible for me on desktop; Fx134 Nightly with fresh profile and ETP Strict.
