Expected Behavior:

I can confirm that it happens in EPT STRICT mode as well now, both mobile and Desktop

Breakage is observable on Android but not not reproducible for me on desktop; Fx134 Nightly with fresh profile and ETP Strict.

Also reproducible on desktop for me. This issue sometimes is only reproducible when scrolling.
