Syncing wpt PR 47348 found new untriaged test failures in CI

  • display:none animating to display:inline should be inline for the whole animation.: FAIL
  • A CSS variable of display:none animating to display:inline should be inline for the whole animation.: FAIL
  • Animating from display:none to display:none should not cancel the animation.: FAIL
  • Animating from display:none to display:none with an intermediate variable should not cancel the animation.: FAIL
  • Animating a variable of "none" which gets set to display elsewhere should not cancel the animation.: FAIL

Looks like these are just tests for what we'll be fixing in bug 1834877.
