Description

The Manage Data dialog under Cookies and Site Data in about:preferences#privacy only shows the TLD, even if storage or cookies exist for third party domains. This can be confusing in the case that the third party domain has an exception set in "Manage Exceptions" and a user clears their data but still sees the top level site in "Manage Data"

There have been various bugs filed about this since the UI is confusing and does not give all the details to the user.

Possible solution

Have a tree styles display which would show the TLD and any third party domains with storage or cookies, which can be expandable.
