Even if I have told Mozilla to edit mails in HTML (this works fine), if, instead
of chosing [COMPOSE] from Mozilla's menus, I click on a mailto:XXXXX@YYYYY URL
un a web page, then editor starts up in TEXT ONLY mode.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set Mozilla Mail to edit mails in HTML
2. Open a web page that contains a link to an e-mail address
3. Click on that link. NOte that mail editor starts in TEXT mode.

Actual Results:  
Editor started in TEXT mode

Expected Results:  
Should have started in HTML mode
