Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://www.msn.com/en-xl/news/other/3-things-steve-jobs-did-every-night-to-sleep-better/vi-BB1p458a?ocid=hpmsn&cvid=b92b2b115eb54996bea4665af6208e18&ei=9
- Tap on the play button to play the video and observe
Expected Behavior:
The button has no borders
Actual Behavior:
The button is bordered
Notes:
- Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release
- Works as expected using Chrome
- Attachment provided
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing
