Open Firefox on a Surface Pro Pro X with Hardware graphics enabled.

Actual results:

Various graphical inconsistencies appear (note I don't have the device relevant here, I am reporting on behalf of another user)

Confirming that this is still an issue on Firefox 193.0.4 on my Surface Pro X SQ1. Attached a screenshot of the URL bar showing a dark background with square corners. Disabling hardware acceleration fixes the issue for the time being.
