Open Firefox on a Surface Pro Pro X with Hardware graphics enabled.
Actual results:
Various graphical inconsistencies appear (note I don't have the device relevant here, I am reporting on behalf of another user)

This seems to be a duplicate of bug 1897444, which has been fixed in Firefox V128
You seem to be V116. If you update to the V128 is it fixed for you?

The user has confirmed that they are on the latest version of Firefox and the issue is persisting.
Confirming that this is still an issue on Firefox 193.0.4 on my Surface Pro X SQ1. Attached a screenshot of the URL bar showing a dark background with square corners. Disabling hardware acceleration fixes the issue for the time being.
