Sometimes sites have special media, like Macromedia's Shockwave Flash, that
require a special plugin to present it. If the plugin is not available, a window
pops up asking I\if I wan tot go get a plugin. Every time.
I have personally never seen a flash presentation that was worth the effort,
or time and energy spent downloading it.
An option to prevent further plugin download requests for particular media
types would be excellent.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Visit the above site.
Actual Results:
If the flash plugin is not installed, a popup window appears every time the page
is visited.
Expected Results:
Offer the option to ignore the need for a plugin.
