The UI is similar to Chrome

The UI is different

- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release
- Works as expected using Chrome

It appears that there is difference in site language as well, so this could be more severe than just the cookie popup. Also we've noticed during triage that this is only reproducible for European users.
