Installing an extension from the Extensions menu's Recommended list can be slow and there is not progress indicator to let the user know their tap to install was received. We can copy use the Acorn design system's standard progress spinner, such as that used when downloading translation models. (See the attached screenshot.)

After the extension has been installed, the Extensions menu should remain open.

This issue was verified as fixed on Firefox Nightly 132 (2024-09-18) using a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 (Android 14) and Samsung S24 Ultra (Android 14). The download extension loading spinner is successfully displayed.
