Steps to reproduce:

Visit page https://vnexpress.net/cong-nhan-xoay-xo-trong-nha-tro-nho-gia-re-o-tp-hcm-4777332.html

Scroll to the bottom

Actual results:

The scrolling bar rapidly shrink, showing that the web page englogate quickly and erroneously
Scrolling up show that the web page enlongate due to empty spaces. Something to do with page anchoring

Expected results:

Page length should scale correctly with the page content

Thanks for reporting this. I can reproduce, even with all extensions disabled. Do you have any other examples of websites where this occurs as well?

No I don't encounter this bug on other site. But vnexpress is a huge news page in my country.
