helpInfo should reflect correct name of Preferences or Options for platform

At the moment --help command line says " --preferences Open Preferences dialog." for all platforms, it should say " --preferences Open Options dialog." for Windows.
This copies what is in Firefox.

I just checked Windows, Linux and macOS and unlike Firefox on all three platforms it is labeled Preferences in the menu. Do we have a wrong translation somewhere in the tree?
