A number of reftests in layout/reftests/svg don't currently use class="reftest-wait" onload="startTest()" and are prone to intermittent failures and platform-specific failures, and may not be properly testing invalidation.

Daniel, since this has been flagged as blocking progress on an S2, any chance we could get it prioritized for addressing?

I'm currently away on pre-MozWeek travel, but it looks it's gotten some review feedback on phabricator already, so I don't think any additional prioritization is needed unless I'm missing something.
