Firefox version: Firefox 129.0

Preconditions:
VPN set to US-NY

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://www.hulu.com
  2. Perform account login
  3. Select any content and attempt to stream
  4. Observe

Expected Behavior:
Video plays

Actual Behavior:
Video is stuck

Notes:

  • If the video plays, try to navigate the video timeline using the progress bar
  • Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
  • Reproduces in Firefox Release
  • Reproduces for: https://www.hulu.com/live-tv
  • Does not reproduce in Firefox Nightly, and Chrome
